Do you use VOIP network to make calls?

The Call4U Calling Card uses the standard telephone network (PSTN network) to make calls. VOIP calling cards are very popular in New Zealand, but often they have issues with poor call quality. To provide the most reliable call quality, Call4U uses the PSTN network through our ISDN digital lines.

I lost my card number, what should I do?

Any Call4U Calling Card buyer has to create their own login. Login to our website with your login ID & password, you'll able to see the details of your calling cards.

I forgot my pin number, what should I do?

Unfortunatley we do not show your pin number from our website, but able see number of digits for your pin number (displayed as ***). If you cannot remember your pin number, you'll need to contact us back to reset your pin number.

Where can I buy Call4u Calling Cards?

We are aiming to low the cost as much as possible to provide as lowest calling rates as we can. Call4U calling cards are only can be purchased through our website using your credit cards. This is because to deduct any unneccesary costs such as retail margins or card printing costs.

Do you keep my credit card details?
